Please fill out the following information concerning all verbal, bulletin and digital announcements.  All requests must be submitted 3 weeks before you are requesting the announcement be made.  If you submit your request after the dead-line, it may not be possible to announce. Verbal announcements will be made twice before event. Some announcements may be extended at pastoral discression. NOTE: This is a request form. This does not guarantee that your event will be placed on the calendar or promoted. After review, you will be contacted by the office with an approval.
